Adabela "Bella" Ponce is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant whose commitment to patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning has made her an invaluable member of the Alliance Medical Group family. Since entering the medical field in 2015, Bella has built her career around providing exceptional care while creating meaningful connections with both patients and colleagues. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others are evident in every aspect of her work.

Bella began her healthcare career after completing her Medical Assistant training in 2015, performing her externship at a chiropractic clinic where she also served as a medical interpreter. She later gained experience in ophthalmology before exploring opportunities outside of healthcare. It didn't take long for Bella to realize that caring for patients was where she truly belonged, leading her back to the profession she loves and ultimately to Alliance Medical Group.

At Alliance Medical Group, Bella has become known not only for her outstanding patient care but also for her dedication to supporting and developing her teammates. A natural mentor and collaborative leader, she consistently leads peer-to-peer training sessions, enthusiastically sharing her knowledge and experience to help strengthen the entire clinical team. Her willingness to teach, encourage, and support others reflects the collaborative culture that defines Alliance Medical Group and demonstrates her belief that when one team member grows, the entire organization benefits.

Bella has expanded her clinical expertise through specialized training, including participation in the 2026 Cadaver Lab educational program and Red Light Therapy training, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the quality of care she provides. She is passionate about learning new skills, embracing innovation, and contributing to an environment where both patients and colleagues can thrive.

Outside of work, Bella is the proud mother of five wonderful children, who inspire her every day.

Her favorite motto, "A veces la vida te pone a prueba, no para demostrarte lo débil que eres, sino lo fuerte que puedes llegar a ser," "Sometimes life tests you not to show you how weak you are, but to reveal how strong you can become" perfectly reflects the resilience, compassion, and determination she brings to both her personal life and her profession.

Bella is currently a Case Manager and Medical Assistant at Alliance medical group.
