Dr. Holly Aguigam

Dr. Holly Aguigam is a proud San Diego native who grew up in Poway. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences on the Pre-Dental track at UC Irvine (2010) before attending UCLA School of Dentistry as a recipient of the prestigious Health Professions Scholarship Program with the U.S. Navy. Following graduation in 2014, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego.

During her 9.5 years of active-duty service, Dr. Aguigam served in diverse and demanding assignments. She was the sole dentist aboard the USS San Diego (2015–2018), supporting over 1,200 Sailors and Marines during a 7-month WESTPAC and Mediterranean deployment. She later served at Naval Air Station North Island (2018–2021) and with the Marines at Camp Pendleton (2021–2023) before transitioning to the Navy Reserves.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Aguigam is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She enjoys running, hiking, baking, and spending quality time with her family.Dr. Aguigam is excited to bring her experience, dedication, and compassion to Alliance Medical Group as a Consultant Doctor of Dental Surgery.
