Ariana Santillan brings more than 12 years of front office experience to Alliance Medical Group, where she serves as one of the first friendly faces patients encounter. With a passion for exceptional customer service and patient-centered care, Ariana understands that a warm welcome can make a meaningful difference in a patient's healthcare experience. She is dedicated to ensuring every individual feels valued, comfortable, and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Throughout her career, Ariana has developed strong administrative and patient relations skills, with a particular talent for multitasking in fast-paced medical environments. As a trained Administrative Medical Assistant, she takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly while providing compassionate assistance to patients, providers, and fellow team members alike.

Ariana was drawn to Alliance Medical Group by the opportunity to continue building a career in healthcare while expanding her knowledge within a multidisciplinary medical practice. Outside of work, Ariana enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and off-roading, activities that help her recharge and maintain balance. A self-proclaimed taco enthusiast, she dreams of visiting Japan one day and believes in approaching both life and work with kindness, positivity, and compassion.
