Dayana Araiza Paredes is a dedicated Medical Assistant who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and creating meaningful connections with every individual she serves. With experience in both medical and dental settings, she brings a well-rounded clinical background and a genuine commitment to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Throughout her career, Dayana has developed a diverse clinical skill set that includes phlebotomy, electrocardiograms (EKGs), injections, specimen collection, and assisting with a wide range of patient care needs. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and collaborative approach allow her to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments while ensuring each patient receives exceptional care. She believes that kindness, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential to creating the best possible experience for both patients and colleagues.

A graduate of Pima Medical Institute, Dayana is CPR certified and has additional training in LED Therapy. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and clinical expertise in order to better serve her patients and support her healthcare team.

One of Dayana's greatest strengths is her ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, allowing her to help bridge communication between patients and healthcare providers. Outside of the clinic, Dayana enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, discovering new coffee shops, hiking, taking long walks, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends. She also enjoys learning new skills and embracing opportunities for personal growth, reflecting the same curiosity and dedication that she brings to her professional life.
