Daniella "Dany" Morales joined Alliance Medical Group with a genuine passion for patient care and a clear vision for her future in medicine. After carefully considering where she could make the greatest impact in healthcare, she chose to become a Certified Medical Assistant, a role that allows her to build meaningful relationships with patients while gaining the hands-on clinical experience that will prepare her for her ultimate goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.

A graduate of Concorde Career College, where she earned her Medical Assistant certification in December 2025, Dany brings compassion, curiosity, and a strong commitment to lifelong learning to every patient interaction. What drew Dany to Alliance Medical Group was the organization's culture of teamwork and collaboration. 

Since joining the team, Dany has embraced every opportunity to observe advanced procedures, work alongside a diverse group of subspecialists, and deepen her understanding of multidisciplinary medicine. These experiences have strengthened her passion for healthcare and reinforced her commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

One fact that often surprises people is that Dany is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Growing up with one sister who is hard of hearing and another who is deaf gave her the opportunity to become fluent while developing a deep appreciation for communication, empathy, and accessibility. This unique skill allows her to connect with and better serve patients from diverse backgrounds, helping create a more inclusive healthcare experience.

As she continues her journey with Alliance Medical Group, Dany is excited to expand her clinical expertise, learn from leaders across multiple specialties, and take meaningful steps toward her future career as a Physician Assistant. Her dedication to continuous growth, compassionate care, and collaborative teamwork makes her a valued member of the Alliance Medical Group family.
