Jill Anne Bustillo brings an energetic spirit, a global perspective, and a passion for patient care to Alliance Medical Group. Her diverse professional journey reflects her adaptability, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning, qualities that have allowed her to successfully transition across industries and cultures while remaining focused on serving others.

Jill began her professional career in the Philippines, where she worked as a Legal Clerk and Secretary. In that role, she developed exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. After relocating to the United States, she embraced new opportunities in healthcare and retail leadership, serving concurrently as a Shift Manager and Pharmacy Floater with Walgreens. These experiences strengthened her leadership abilities, sharpened her customer service skills, and provided valuable exposure to patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Driven by her passion for helping others, Jill pursued her Medical Assistant education through U.S. Colleges, earning her certification in 2025. As a Certified Medical Assistant, she is excited to continue building her clinical expertise while providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she encounters.

Jill brings strong leadership, adaptability, teamwork, and intercultural communication skills to Alliance Medical Group. Her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, combined with her positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges, makes her a valuable member of the healthcare team. 

Looking ahead, Jill is eager to continue expanding her knowledge of medicine while building meaningful relationships with her colleagues and patients. She is committed to lifelong learning and is excited to grow both personally and professionally as part of the Alliance Medical Group family.

Jill approaches every opportunity with optimism, curiosity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Guided by her favorite verse, "He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken." (Psalm 62:6), she strives to live and work with faith, resilience, and purpose.

Jill is currently a Medical Assistant and Case Manager at Alliance medical group.
