Dr. Shams Eldien Naga is a visionary architect, entrepreneur, and urban designer with over 45 years of international experience shaping transformative built environments. He is the Founder and CEO of NAGA Architects, a globally recognized design firm headquartered in Dubai, with offices in Riyadh, Cairo, Alexandria, Boston, and Abu Dhabi.
Holding a Doctorate in Architecture and education at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Naga has led the development of a multidisciplinary practice offering architecture, engineering, project management, interior design, landscape, and master planning services. His work is defined by precision in geometry, functionality, and timeless modern design that enhances the human experience within urban spaces.
In addition to his architectural leadership, Dr. Naga is the Founder of DHB Holding, a real estate development company focused on delivering high-quality residential communities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He is the CEO of The Concreate Agency, a leading full-service marketing communications firm in Mauritius serving prominent local and multinational brands.
Previously, Dr. Ramlugan held senior leadership roles including Head of Marketing & Communications at State Bank of Mauritius and Head of Marketing & Corporate Affairs at Barclays Bank Mauritius, with secondment to Barclays Dubai Headquarters. His career reflects deep expertise in strategic communications, brand leadership, and corporate governance.

Angela Ponce de Leon is the Founder and CEO of Apex Home Health & Hospice Care, one of the nation’s top-rated home-based care organizations. She launched the company at age 23 after personally navigating her father’s cancer journey and recognizing critical gaps in home-based care delivery.
Under her leadership, Apex has grown into one of only a small number of woman-owned, Medicare-certified home health and hospice organizations in Orange County, serving more than 16,000 seniors and employing over 140 team members across California and the Philippines. Her patient-first philosophy prioritizing care over profit, has driven multimillion-dollar growth while maintaining a purpose-centered culture.
An Asian American immigrant, Angela champions multicultural diversity and inclusive leadership as foundational organizational values. She holds a Business degree from De La Salle University in Manila and is completing the Presidents Program at Harvard Business School. She also serves as Board Chair of Access Health Center, a nonprofit providing healthcare subsidies to underserved communities.
