Rudy brings more than two decades of diverse healthcare experience and a steadfast commitment to exceptional patient care to Alliance Medical Group. His career began in 2005 as a Patient Care Assistant Technician (PCAT), where he discovered a passion for helping others and quickly developed an interest in diagnostic imaging. That passion led him to gain experience in multiple clinical roles, including Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Rehabilitation Therapy Aide, EKG Technician, and Radiology Assistant, building a strong foundation in patient-centered healthcare.

After joining the Radiology Department at Scripps Memorial Hospital, Rudy gained invaluable experience working in a fast-paced trauma environment, where he witnessed firsthand the critical role diagnostic imaging plays in patient care. Inspired by these experiences, he pursued formal training in radiologic technology, graduating from Kaplan College in 2009 as a Certified Radiologic Technologist. Since then, he has dedicated his career to providing compassionate care while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services across medical clinic and urgent care settings.

At Alliance Medical Group, Rudy's broad clinical background allows him to contribute far beyond imaging. His understanding of patient flow, clinical operations, and multidisciplinary teamwork helps create a seamless experience for patients from the moment they arrive. Known for his caring nature, professionalism, and positive attitude, he is committed to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for throughout their visit.

What drew Rudy to Alliance Medical Group was the organization's unwavering commitment to excellence and its culture of teamwork. He deeply appreciates the leadership of Dr. Harish Hosalkar and the dedication demonstrated by every member of the Alliance team, and he is proud to contribute to an organization that places patients at the center of everything it does.

Outside of work, Rudy enjoys restoring classic cars, rebuilding engines, riding motorcycles and electric bikes, exercising, and tending to his garden, where he enjoys growing fruits, vegetables, and learning the art of tree grafting.

Rudy approaches every day with gratitude, humility, and a genuine desire to continue growing both personally and professionally while helping Alliance Medical Group deliver exceptional care to the communities it serves.
