Raychell Marie Shaffer brings a welcoming presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others to Alliance Medical Group. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with a background in patient care and front office operations, she is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Her ability to stay organized, attentive, and compassionate helps ensure that each interaction reflects Alliance Medical Group's patient-first philosophy.

Raychell earned her Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from MiraCosta College and completed her Certified Medical Assistant training through California State University San Marcos. She also holds certifications in Certified Clinical Medical Assisting (CCMA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. Dedicated to lifelong learning, she is currently continuing her education at Mount San Jacinto College.

What drew Raychell to Alliance Medical Group was the organization's warm, welcoming culture and the opportunity to work alongside a team committed to making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. She is excited to grow professionally, develop new skills, and build lasting relationships with both patients and colleagues while contributing to the exceptional care the organization provides.

Outside of work, Raychell enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors through hiking, discovering new places on spontaneous day trips, and trying a wide variety of foods. She also enjoys conversations about personal finance and values the guidance and strength she finds through her faith. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, on an American military base, she brings a unique perspective and appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life.

Raychell describes herself as outgoing, down-to-earth, and kind. She approaches each day with a positive attitude and believes that meaningful conversations and genuine compassion have the power to make a lasting impact. Her favorite motto, "Happiness never goes out of style," reflects the warmth and optimism she brings to both her work and those around her.
