Pre-Medical Student Intern

Naavya Ahuja is a Pre-Medical Student Intern at Alliance Medical Group and an incoming second-year student at the University of California, Irvine, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Medical Anthropology. With a strong passion for medicine, research, and scientific communication, Naavya is dedicated to expanding her clinical knowledge while building the skills needed for a future career as a physician.

Naavya has joined Alliance Medical Group through the DOC Program, where she is gaining firsthand exposure to a wide range of medical specialties while participating in clinical research and physician mentorship. After attending Alliance Medical Group's 2026 Cadaver Lab, she was inspired by the organization's commitment to education, multidisciplinary collaboration, and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. She looks forward to learning from experienced physicians, exploring diverse medical specialties, and gaining a deeper understanding of what it takes to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Outside of the clinic, Naavya enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing, cooking, and dancing. A lifelong swimmer who competed for ten years, she also enjoys spending time at San Diego's beautiful beaches and taking long walks with her beloved Labradoodle, Dilly. Whether she's exploring new restaurants and cafés with friends and family or planning her next trip.Tokyo being at the top of her travel list. Naavya embraces new experiences with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Described by those around her as curious, creative, and authentic, Naavya approaches every opportunity with a genuine desire to learn and grow, she brings a thoughtful perspective and positive energy to every step of her journey toward becoming a physician.

Naavya is a participant of our (DOC) Developing our Clinicians Program at the Hosalkar Institute and Alliance Medical Group.
